Ordering By Post / Paying By Cheque
If you would like to pay by cheque please feel free to add the items that you require to the shopping basket in the normal way. Once your order is complete printout the shopping basket and send it to us with your cheque made payable to Pure Energy Multimedia Ltd. Please also include your delivery address, telephone number and email address if possible.
Please note that we cannot dispatch items until your cheque has cleared which will take 5 to 7 working days.
Returns Policy
If you receive a faulty item or the wrong item you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement item. Due to piracy and copyright we cannot accept the return of incorrectly ordered or unwanted items. Ordering from our site implies your acceptance of these terms.
