Types of License
The type of license granted depends on the specific media that you purchase. For instance some music is available to buy with a license allowing you to use it for any project, whereas other pieces of music are licensed depending on the type of project that it will be used for - web, radio or television.
Sample Disks
You are free to use the samples on our sample disks to form a part of a musical project as long as the sample does not constitute 100% of the project. You may not re-sell or hire the sample disks in their original form or in any other format. You may not compile them into another sample library and make them commercially available.
Photographs
You are free to use the photographs you purchase in any number of your projects, but you may not re-sell or hire the photographs or make them available as part of a library.
