| A | You'll need what is known as an FTP Program. An FTP program is a program that runs on your computer and allows you to simply 'drag and drop' your website files onto your web server space. FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol For PC users we recommend FileZilla which is free to install and use. It can be downloaded from http://filezilla.sourceforge.net Some web design programs like Dreamweaver and Frontpage have their own inbuilt FTP program. These will work quite well but do not show you any information about where the files are being placed so if the upload is not working it is harder to determine what is going wrong.
